With the understanding that anyone can be victimized, we provide timely and effective support in incidents of crime and tragic circumstance in partnership with emergency services and community agencies.

New Job Posting: Program Coordinator

The successful applicant will have experience working with volunteers, have demonstrated crisis intervention skills and have a thorough knowledge of victim issues. You will be highly organized, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of social service and emergency service providers. A Bachelor of Social Work degree or equivalent is preferred and certification in adult training would be an asset. You will be required to work some weekends/evenings and have a valid driver’s license. If you are energetic, have a high level of commitment, are a self-starter and work well independently we would like to hear from you.

New Youth Program:




A suicide grief support group for youths 12-19 who have experienced the death of a loved one or friend through suicide. The program is based in Chatsworth at Melody Acres farm and is offered to youths in both Grey & Bruce County.

Seniors' Safety Program

We are currently looking for volunteers for peer mentoring among seniors in Owen Sound in incidents of financial or physical abuse, internet and telephone fraud, break and enter, vandalism & safety planning.
